I’m on vacation and only have my phone so sorry for any formatting issues but I had some thoughts about the omegas and if they would like roughhousing with their alpha or not - enjoy!

Bakugō loves it! He loves fighting. He loves having a competent and strong mate. The first time you have to initiate because he’s still worried to come on too aggressively but after that first time you’ll have an omega attempting to tackle you constantly. He’s very bitey while roughhousing. Do not hold back on him! He hates that. He’s also low-key disappointed if he manages to win properly but sometimes he gets frustrated if he doesn’t win. It’s a balance. You’ve got a complicated mate with Bakugō. Prepare for lots of playful growling. But if you’re lucky you might be able to coax out a purr that he wasn’t quite able to bite back.
Izuku enjoys a bit of roughhousing but his version of it has to be far less aggressive. Be careful with him. If there’s a risk of bruising that feels too real. Izuku can handle roughness of course, it’s just not for play-fighting. Let him win! He loves that so much! Has a thing for going “hehe look alpha I beat you! I’m so strong.” while you both know exactly that you gave him the win. Let the roughhousing end in kisses, cuddles and love bites and you’ll have a very happy, purring omega.
Shōto isn’t all that into it. He separates aggression and love very firmly. There’s nothing playful to him about fighting. He’s also not really into biting or anything like that so overall roughhousing just doesn’t do it for him. Except when he’s in pre-heat where he might agree to a very gentle version of it. Roll him around a bit but smile at him the entire time and make sure to give him sweet kisses and loving touches throughout. As long as it ends in a gentle make out session or some good cuddling he is all for that!
Megumi doesn’t like it out of nowhere. He’ll just get annoyed at you interrupting whatever he was doing even if that was just chilling. But he secretly lives for when you turn actual sparring into playful roughhousing. If you manage to get him into ground combat and start giving him playful little bites? Pinches along his waist? Start rolling the two of you around? He’ll grumble and growl at you a bit for hijacking training but he can’t bite back the purrs and giggles that escape him. He doesn’t really care who ends up on top since it’s very much unserious for him. It’s a good excuse to cuddle you afterwards too. Just make sure no one catches you guys doing that in the middle of the training grounds or Megumi will be very embarrassed and grumpy all day.
Yuji is the opposite. Don’t try during sparring. That just stresses him. He needs to get better and is not in a playful mood. But please pounce on him when he’s just chilling on the sofa with his phone. Roll him off the sofa and onto the floor and go all out (within reason). Yuji is another biter. You’ll get so many playful bites and are absolutely encouraged to return them. Yuji will also pounce on you constantly. There’s a 50% chance anytime you guys are cuddling that he’ll try to turn it into some roughhousing. But just growl and hold him firmly in place if you’re not in the mood before giving him some little kisses. He loves that too.
Toge is a sucker for any non-verbal way he can show his love and roughhousing absolutely counts for him. He’s playful like Yuji but more cheeky. He’s a biter too but once you return them he gets too affected to do it himself. His breath hitches and he purrs and he all but rolls on his back just from that so you have to wait with bites of your own if you want to prolong the play a bit. And you’ll want to prolong it. Your omega has the most wonderful reactions. Toge purrs and growls and whimpers. Basically he just loves producing sounds that can’t harm you that still show what he feels very clearly and play-fighting is the perfect setting for them.
Armin says he loves roughhousing but in reality whenever it turns even slightly “rough” he starts whining and pouting. Say you’re roughhousing but really you’re just rolling around a bit, giggling and kissing. Armin loves having his tummy and waist touched, his neck kissed gently and his hair played with but there’s a chance he’ll get embarrassed or too sensitive with any of those so you have to be super gentle. He loves the gentle treatment though. It makes him feel so loved. And if you can pretend it’s roughhousing and manoeuvre him under you, pressing your forehead against his and giving him a look? You’ll get a much more needy whine in return this time.
Dick is another one who loves it. But use it more sparingly. Don’t even think of doing anything but putting him on his back. It’s not like with Bakugō where he doesn’t like the pity win though. If you let him end up on top he’ll just give you a confused look and ask why you stopped. Play fighting isn’t done until he’s a giggling mess under you. Or a panting mess, depending. And he’s a very pretty mess so you definitely won’t be complaining! Dick’s also someone who gets overwhelmed very easily if you know the right buttons to press, or not to press if you want him to retain the ability to engage actively.
Tim on the other hand loves when you let him win! He also loves a rough treatment though… it’s so hard for him to decide. He’ll honestly be happy either way though. Just switch it up every now and then. If you want to keep him in a playful mood, let him on top. He’ll giggle and playfully growl at you and litter your face with kisses and he’ll love if you cuddle him in that position afterwards. You’ll elicit the best purrs from him that way. If you want to get him in a sexier mood being rougher with him is like a cheat code to get him there. Flip him so he’s underneath you and bite him to where his skin gets red? Tim is squirming under you already.
