the first time in a loooong while I’ve actually felt proud of a piece I did, let alone in such a short amount of time (2 hours tracked on this piece, my average is 3-5)

Something struck me in my gut, forced me to black out for 2 hours, then I woke up with this on my screen

Perkeo can hardly behold the sight he’s seeing, such beautiful natural phenomena strikes his vision, yet that’s hardly what has him so in awe. No, it’s the fact that the man that stands before him chooses to turn away from the beauty of Mother Nature and look into the eyes of his lover, seeing that beauty through the gateway to his soul instead. His face doesn’t need to bear the expression of love, as his gentle action shows more than the muscles of his face ever could.
