Ying Xiu only had to report at the hospital for 3 days a week, sometimes 4 when the staff really needed extra hands for the busy day. Today, she was on duty and had been researching on the recent drugs and pharmaceuticals that the hospital had been using on their patients. It was a new kind of anesthesia and it seemed to have been working wonders to them.
As of now, Ying Xiu had finished writing a report to her superior. She still needed to finish overseeing medical procedures for a surgery later today, but that was 3 hours for now. She was on her way to Dr. Kang to report to him when she instead was greeted by a familiar looking man.
This stranger seemed to be a regular patient of Dr. Kang, and it seemed that whenever Ying Xiu was on duty and giving her reports and files to the doctor he seemed to always be visiting.
“Oh, you’re here again.” The pinkette greeted the other with a friendly smile. “Is your stomach acting up again? If I remember correctly, you went to see Dr. Kang last month because you had an amoeba infection right? I hope it didn’t come back or get worse.” She said as she saw the file Dr. Kang had handed to her last time. She felt bad that this guy had to go through so many weird accidents and illnesses that he had to see the doctor on a frequent basis.
It was weird on how often he visited the hospital and even more so, that Ying Xiu would always be here to see him. But, she didn’t delve on that thought too much. “Have you seen Dr. Kang by the way?”
