Considering Kouta is a bit of a pushover, his video game crushes could undoubtedly push their diligent *pampering* of him quite far. With his crushes surrounding him, It's not like he *needs* to be able to reach his extra thick arms around his moobs after all, or heave his body up at all from being too full and hefty to feel like anything else but a blubbery food-dump of a balloon~
