It's one of my favourite marvel hcs, like he canonicly suffers from PTSD and while it's not nice at all it's certainly a goldmine for omorashi
He has nightmares all the time, a lot of them resulting in him waking up in the middle of the night in soaked sheets
Also he sometimes drinks a little bit too much and ends up passing out in bed or any other location actually to then wake up to not-so dry clothes
He often stays up all night down in his workshop to avoid wetting the bed again, he would fall asleep even there on a few ocasions though
You'd expect that if someone would know about his problem it would have to be someone he really trusts, but what about steve??? I mean imagine him accidentaly finding out one day, he'd be kinda embarrased at first but also suportive, I bet he went through it too at some point
