I love playing with water (aka washing up), it allows me to ponder. This thought just popped into my pool of pondering & wanted to share with all my beautiful sisters & brothers 🙏🏻 One lesson Buddha teaches us is: We cannot see what we are, only that, that we are not. The light only sees its opposite, the same as darkness only ever sees the light. It is only when we allow ourselves to hold our our true full attention in our total beingness will we experience this. This is the difference in our choosing to look within ourselves or outside ourselves. I invite you to allow yourself to transform your mind and to allow yourself time to be to take control of your perceptions, rather than be in constant doing where you see only the external. Thinking is also doing, that’s why Buddha teaches us to meditate to allow us to control our minds. Yes, our minds need to be tamed by us to then have control over it, rather than it have control over us 🙏🏻 All my love & blessings always, love Kelly xXx ❤️🧚♀️✨🦋💎💚 #whatwillyouryoutimelookliketoday #omsharavanabhava #omtaretuttareturesoha #omnamonarayanaya https://www.instagram.com/p/CFPX1W_shrZ/?igshid=8hw160qwm18b
