Hey so

I was planning on doing A Thing this year, starting on Friday - January 6th - and continuing on every Friday after that until next year. It’s my personal celebration for reaching 1k followers.

But

With the fact that I’m still posting chapters of the Paint Shop AU every Friday for the next several of them, that might be just a lil too much for me.

So I’m gonna wait to start this new (actually old) thing until AFTER the Paint Shop AU is done.

Which is good because I’ve procrastinated so long on The Thing that I didn’t realize the deadline to start was this week, lmao. But now I have until the end of February to get my shit sorted. I’m not stressing at all, I promise. Should be fun!

bronte, in junior high my literature teacher asked us something similar and I remember arguing with my classmate about it, he told me that I confuse good literature with morbid literature and that surely I will outgrow it soon. well filip, maybe you were right, except I'm pretty sure I will take that vice to the grave.

pride and prejudi- I'm joking, I'm joking. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, it wasn't even the fact that it's bad, because, I don't know, it's not offensive, it's not even boring it's just an incredibly silly story pretending to be so much more than it is. What made 15yo me despise it though was my classmates reaction to it. mooning over Coelho's remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure while they couldn't see anything special in Dostoyevsky, I was so self righteously angry about it, it was ridiculous. and to bring this post full circle, filip agreed with me on this.
