So what better way to celebrate October than fall colors and a guy dressed as a pirate! Memorable Moment: Emma Swan (Goodbye Series 1 of ?) 

When Emma takes the Dark One’s dagger is actually not my favorite moment of the series but I think it was a series changer, not just for the character but for the series until season 7. I also think it’s Emma’s most “savior” moment aside from the season 1 finale which is why I put her in her jacket her and not her white shirt. It was a moment of self-sacrifice that (whether you’re on one side or another) did change the character, for better or worse. I’m not sure if when you take the Dark One dagger the writers intend for characters to lose a part of themselves but I personally felt a shift in Emma from here on out.In fact, I thought at one point that maybe her season 6 self was going to discover a piece of herself had been left behind in another world (there’s a fanfic there somewhere for all you talented writers ;) ) . Either way this was a shifting moment for this character and (whether you liked it or not) it was still a great sacrifice in that moment.

Queens Of Darkness: Ursula (1 of 3)

I’m working on a new print because ,well, I’m being a little nostalgic. I really like the Queens of Darkness but have never just done a print for them. If you’re wondering why this print seems to cut off quickly…well, it’s because it’s missing two other panels :). Those will be added when I’m not working on my work projects. Oh, and please don’t try to print this because it has a noise filter which will look really bad printed out.

A Day Early Fan Art Friday: Zelena

I won’t be around much so I thought I’d drop this early. I think (due to how many episodes we have left) that this will be the last Zelena-centric episode so I thought this would be fitting. I also got to experiment with this one a little and it took way less time than some of my other ones so (if anyone wants to commission something similar) so it would be a little less for me to do. This print will be on my Etsy store (CrispArtPrints) later today and please don’t try to print this out on your own because it’s a low resolution and it has a noise filter that will look pretty bad printed out. Enjoy the episode tomorrow and ,remember, it’s Lana Parrilla’s directorial debut as well!
