🍕: what’s your muse’s favourite food?

YIXING’S favourite food is tang you baba ( 糖油粑粑 ), roughly translated to sweet + crispy rice balls from changsha. it’s street food and yixing has strong memories of waiting in line at the stall for it after classes and training. when he thinks of home, he imagines the taste of tang you baba. he does know how to make it at home and has probably done once or twice, but it’s just not the same as what he gets in changsha. 

☼: what is your muse’s favourite kind of weather?

this is a tough one… i don’t think YIXING has a favourite in particular? he likes it when it’s sunny outside for purely practical purposes: less threat of strigoi lurking around when the sun’s bearing down on you. otherwise, i think he would like fall weather best--cold, but not too cold, just a slight nip in the air and the sense of oncoming winter. 

✘: what are your muse’s pet peeves?

baekhyun hm, i think YIXING’S biggest pet peeve is when people aren’t completely honest with him. he hates being lied to and being kept in the dark. he tends to feel this more intensely with jongdae; whenever the moroi tries to fool him or when he gets the sense jongdae isn’t being honest, he gets irritated. on the flip side, he dislikes people probing him for information ( whether about himself or about others ). he just thinks it’s rude as hell. this also goes without saying but, people mentioning his father? just don’t do it.

 ♫: does your muse like music? what kind?

WONHO enjoys orchestra music but i don’t think he listens to it often. like, it’s more of “let’s listen to what is playing during parties” or “ah, need music for dancing” than an actual recreational activity. he’d never admit it, but he also enjoys some of the bawdy tavern music–it amuses him, but he doesn’t have chance to listen to it often. 

LUNA likes to listen to hip hop/rap music, especially when she’s out jogging. but she’s not someone who listens to music outside of exercise and workouts. too much other stuff to do and music distracts her. unless the sound of her cats meowing counts?

🍸: does your muse like to consume alcohol? what’s their favourite kind?

WONHO does not drink heavily, but he enjoys the occasional glass of red wine. he’s a social drinker, never empty handed during parties and relevant gatherings, but he rarely drinks when he’s alone, unless he’s feeling ( for the lack of a better word ) broody. his alcohol tolerance is fairly high, however. 

for LUNA, it depends. i think she’s willing to drink every now and then, but nothing more than a few glasses of soju and definitely not to the point where she’s tipsy/drunk. she resents the lack of control that brings. plus, she’s a lightweight so she can’t handle a lot anyway. the only person she is willing to drink a lot with is junmyeon because she trusts him to take care of her and keep her from doing anything stupid or dangerous. 

✿: what is your muse’s favourite scent?

WONHO’s favourite scent is that of delphiniums. his first wife used to wear perfume made from the flowers and he associates the smell with her ( and with happier times ). in fact, he usually keeps a vase of fresh delphiniums in his offices and his rooms because he likes the memories it evokes... for some reason. 

as for LUNA’S favourite scent, i would probably say the smell of freshly brewed black coffee, especially when she has to work overtime and needs a pick-me-up. but she’s not that great at making it herself, so she should probably add that it’s only when other people have made it. she’s also partial to the smell of mint tea but to a lesser degree–it makes her sleepy more than anything, but that’s comforting in itself.

🎒: what does your muse normally keep in their bag?

DAEWON believes in keeping it simple, so he just keeps his phone, wallet, house keys, and a set of lockpicks in his possession. he also carries around a broken arrowhead from the homelands for sentimental reasons. depending on the occasion, he might have a bottle of glamour in there as well. 

CATHAL, like daewon, doesn’t carry around much with him either, mostly because he doesn’t have a bag. the closest thing would be a pouch of jacks he keeps in case of emergencies. 

∞: is there something about your muse that has been constant throughout their life?

for DAEWON, it’s been his skill with a bow. ever since he was a child, it is the one thing he is good at and can claim for his own. and he made his legend with that ability–robin hood is nothing without his fame in archery. even though he’s put away the bow and arrows for good in donghwa, his muscles remember. it’s etched into his very being. 

as sad as it is to say, CATHAL has nothing. even if there has been something constant throughout his life, he can’t remember it. the best answer he can give is the dollmaker, but he is capricious and jumps to new favourites at any occasion. 

✉: what is something your muse would write about? 

DAEWON is the type to pen a memoir, to be honest. he thinks his life in the homelands was pretty exciting and has tons of stories to share about sherwood forest and his band of merry men. i also think he’s the type to keep a journal but only ever writes in it when he’s drunk or feeling melancholy ( usually one in the same ). 

… you know, i’m 100% sure CATHAL does not know how to read or write. if he did, i think he’d probably scribble down a few wild tales for some of the other dolls, but that’s about it.
