My husband cooks. My husband cleans. My husband doesn't leave the toilet seat up. 🤣 My husband doesn't leave his clothes on the floor. 😂 My husband runs errands. My husband listens. My husband cares. My husband is up to every single challenge I face. 😭 My husband prays with me. My husband includes me in every decision. My husband calls me 25/7 when he's away. My husband loves church as much as I do. My husband is honest to a fault. My husband's character is integral. My husband reassures. My husband? He's invested... I sincerely didn't know how deeply he loved me until this last year of our marriage. 😪😢 My husband fears divorce so he does the work to keep our Covenant in tact... Not many men fear divorce as if it's their kryptonite... This makes me feel secure..... 🔐 Marriage is the wrong time to be independent... Read that again... This list includes all the greatest and the smallest, yet huge things that I cherish about him. Many people that have been married for many years and don't have these simple things. From the moment that God told Satan, have you considered my servant Felicia, & allowed sickness to touch my body, my husband has truly stepped up to EVERY challenge that I've faced over the past 90 days...😢😪😭 I'm emotional because my head has truly rested peacefully not only in my God's plan for my life but in my husband who works to make me comfortable until I got better. I'm so full today! I've been at the edge so many times and he has been the constant! Here's a few funny parts of my journey tho that I'd like to share...😅 In August, I left the hospital without my favorite pair of under armour flip flops... 😆 The hospital lost my shoes! Also, when I go for checkups and the nurse tells my husband to relax? This is what I deal with! Happy 45th Birthday to my 8 Year old! 😅😃😩 To the best husband ever! Literally, my rider! It's my Teddy G's birthday! Today he gets 8 wishes! The agenda you say? WORK PHONE 📱 will be OFF...! ☺️ I already know that what I've planned will suffice! 😁 I always offer 5 Annual questions for my husband to answer... Here's we go..! ☺️ 1. Me: Baby, if you could live in another state where would it be? Him: Definitely Florida! 2. Me: What about another country? 🤔 Him: Nope! No way! Uh unh! Nope! 3. In Las Vegas, we experienced an act of #colorism due to my skin color. Up until that point, you didn't truly see it happening that much growing up in the suburbs of Chicago until it happened to me in front of your face. You only knew my story. That moment caused to see the long term effects of the Willie Lynch mentality embedded in the minds of American people subconsciously? How did it make you feel? Him: I was shocked 😲 But mostly, I was hurt that I couldn't really do anything about because I didn't realize what was happening in the moment unfortunately. I just pray that people will open their ears to stories like yours so that they can understand how there actions effect the entire world. I'm so sorry that you experienced that baby. 😢 Me: I'm glad you DIDN'T try to defend me! 😂😅 Him: 😆 🔫 4. Me: Are you ever going to stop eating greens?! 🤣 😅 😩🛑 I'm kinda tired of making them every week... 🤭🥴 Him: NEVER! I'LL BE EXPECTING GREENS FOR MY BIRTHDAY! Especially since our schedule didn't allow us to go out of town this week! Me: Ok... Big head! Your wish is my command! But we agree that I will not make any greens during my birthday month?? 😅 🤣 🆗! Him: Alright! Alright! Fine... 😆 5. Me: Will you still wear your wedding ring if I went on to be with the Lord? Him: Of course! ☺️😀 'Til death due you part...may give me permission to take it off but it's not happening!
