A couple of my coworkers and I went down the road (literally about a mile) to our favorite Friday evening watering hole, Onco Fermentations. Started just over a year ago, it’s a great little brewery with friendly owners and filled with wonderful Tully people. They recently rolled out with the ‘Onco Bites’ and they are great little snacks that pair perfectly with the range of beers they offer. The beer pictured is ‘Huggles’, a wonderful fusion of mango and honey and hops. Fruity and creamy at the same time. I loved it.
Onco is a great little brewery because their operation is pretty open- a corner of the floor is taken up with their equipment, and you can see Brian poking around there while you sip your beer.
