Dylan's "On CYCLE" pick for the week. SKYCLAD - Alvin Risk - OWSLA It is one of the best feelings when songs cause you to feel such a huge rush of emotion. Only a few come along that do. This is one of them. From the moment those clear, punch vocals break through you start to feel like you are floating through the sky. Alvin Risk has made this production a beautiful combination of that breath taking progressive house awe we get from the likes of hardwell, with a slap in the face of tear out grotty dubstep full of massive kicks and those high pitch synthetic "noises" that we all love from Alvin. Not only is the song itself epic but the cover art is so attractive. Cover art is actually a large draw card for me. I wont listen to a release on beatport if the cover art doesn't look interesting. But with it's large similarity to the art of Language by Porter Robinson catching my gaze, as well as being the latest release from OWSLA, it was hard for me not to give it a go. Luckily i did, and i cant stop listening to it. And that's what put SKYCLAD this week "On CYCLE".
