The young man brought a hand down to roam the other’s body but hesitated. Their lips parted instantly after. His eyes widened after realizing his actions. He took a step backwards and watched the others expression change, expecting to get hit in some way. He tried to justify himself by atoning for his actions and bowing politely. 

“I am very sorry,” he paused “I really didn’t mean to. I wasn’t sure what I was thinking.” He bowed again, almost like he was begging for forgiveness.

    It was absolutely DEAD in the quiet little bakery. It had been for a few hours now -- ever since the small morning rush had come and gone, Makoto had been alone. And so, when the boy with the head like a CHICKEN came through the door, Mako couldn’t help herself from having a little fun.

    “Morning. That’s quite the head of hair you’ve got. You know, year of the ROOSTER just ended. Maybe it’s time to switch over to some DOG ears?”

dear god the kid is gonna pace a ditch in the floor, it’s been at least forty five minutes. the redhead takes a deep breath. to be honest it’s taking a lot to keep calm. the vodka wedged between the couch cushions is helping but other than that; quiet seething. her freaking out is going to do nothing but make him freak out more and thats the opposite of productive.

“almost pick fight with arc knight. almost. realize if i did; end up with more trouble and no one to look after you. responsible for once, forgive me.”

     “Tch, that’s my line! You really think you can keep up with me?” Regardless, he settled a little lower, stance wide and ready to toss her to the ground like ragdoll. What’d this chick know about fighting anyway?

    Mako couldn’t help the broad grin that had spread across her face. It was CUTE he thought he stood a chance against her -- against Jupiter’s avatar, the soldier of COURAGE and PROTECTION. She just hoped the poor bastard at least knew how to take a punch. 

    “Just don’t blink, or you’ll miss the ACTION!!” 

    And with that, she was rushing him -- the distance between them closed in only two powerful steps, her hand low to her side with her palm extended, heading straight for his midriff.
