Sanji wakes up to you drooling on his chest. Your hair in the bonnet that was there to keep it soft and safe, with a single pimple patch on your chin. The early pregnancy seemed to make you glow, your stomach hadn’t started to grow yet, but Chopper had confirmed that everything was safe so far. The baby, despite being a selkie-human hybrid, was right where it was meant to be at this point of gestation. Everything was going great, and Sanji felt like he was on the top of the world.
Everything was just… right. Especially since Luffy had become an emperor. The few skirmishes they had gotten into hadn’t been that bad, easily handled or just another crew of pirates wanting declare loyalty to the Straw Hats.
And oh, how Sanji waited on you hand and foot. Did excessive research about what pregnant selkies needed and had Pell and Feann on speed dial on his personal snail, just to make sure he wasn’t making any mistakes.
He woke early, making sure that the fresh catch of the day was exactly what you wanted, even experimenting with growing oysters so you could have them whenever you craved them.
“G’morning,” You blink up at him, eyes slightly blurry from just waking up, letting him lavish attention on your face, kisses and rubbing his nose against yours.
“Good morning, ma moitié.” Sanji rolled over slightly, holding himself up with one arm, while looking at you with utter warmth and love. “Oh, you look so radiant today, my love,”
“Flatterer,” You grumble, as he pulls you a bit closer, kissing all over your face, letting his stubble itch against your skin, going from grumpy to giggling, just as the door to the suite opened, with Luffy screeching about breakfast.
Franky had made it for the two of you, when first constructing the Thousand Sunny, having come right off the kitchen so Sanji could get right to his job on the ship, while also letting the two of you have more privacy than sleeping in the mens and women’s dorms.
“Ott! Tell your husband to make me food!” Luffy clambered up the ladder that led to your little lofted bedroom. “He’s letting me starve! Me! The captain!”
“I haven’t even fed my pregnant wife yet, you pest,” Sanji snarled, though there was no real bite behind it. Just glaring at the rubbery man while you laughed at your captain’s antics. “Get out!”
“But I’m hungry!” Luffy’s voice was getting whiney and high-pitched, but he was going down the ladder, relenting. “This is so unfair.”
“Should have married the cook first,” You teased, while snuggling back into bed, and pulling Sanji down with you, starting to nip at his neck, a shocked squeak slipping past his lips as things grew more heated.

It made no sense to you, none whatsoever, the symbols just blended into one. She knew though, the elegant woman to your side. She stood there, eating up the words, her eyes roaming over the ancient text, her gaze never faltered, the shadow of a smile on her lips as it all made perfect sense to her.
“What does it say?” you asked, stepping closer, she took your hand and pulled you closer to the large tablet.
“It’s telling us we are on the right track, that one day we will reach our goals, we just have to follow the sun.” she smiled at you, and you had no idea what that meant, just as clueless as you were before.
“Yeah?”
“Mmhmm.” She gave the stone one last read, the smile never leaving her face. She closed her eyes and took a breath before glancing at you.
I went to the psychologist, and I thought I had my mental health under control, at least manageable... But, talking with the psychologist, he noticed some things about me I didn't realize, and had to talk about some trauma, I came out of that session feeling... Well, I was sad, but relieved.
So I decided to draw this afterwards, I really needed some hugs, but no one around to hug... This was surprisingly helpful, and shooting.
Haven't been able to get this man off my mind since I woke up sooooooo have some random headcanons! XD
I, per usual, was super fucking tsun when I first started falling for Zoro. Anytime he would talk to me I'd act all annoyed even putting my ears back, but the more observant members of the Going Merry noticed how my tail would flick happily
Meanwhile Zoro is just awkward and clumsy af, man has no idea what he's doing. All he knows is "oh shit, they're cute" then he's panicking hoping he didnt say that outloud. He would not know how to flirt even if you gave him an instruction manual.
So many awkward moments of me trying to act like I'm not worried about him when he gets hurt or that I dont think he's cute or him thinking if he just ignores the feelings they'll go away but then getting annoyed if Sanji flirts with me
There's also a great moment where Zoro saves Smoker and @giranswife saves me from drowning in Crocodile's hideout and Vi teases Zoro about being good to me and tells me that next time we meet up I'll have to tell her all about my new boyfriend 😳
Then in Alubarna, I finally found Zoro during his fight with Mr 1. In my panic after the fight I go to yell at him for almost getting himself killed, but he cuts me off with a kiss.
Once we start actually dating there is just so much adorable fumbling with both of us getting constantly flustered by the other
We can almost always be found napping together around the ship. Zoro likes joining me in the crows nest to nap since no one ever thinks to look for him there
Since I spend a lot of my time in the crows nest acting as look out (and cause it's a great vantage point for my archery), Zoro started insisting that I tie a safety line to the mast just in case something happens so I don't fall in the ocean and drown
Nevertheless the longer we're together, the more protective he gets with it. Going so far as to also pin me between himself and the mast as we're traveling up the Knock Up Stream to Skypiea
Any time I do end up getting knocked into the ocean, Zoro is diving in after me before I can even hit the water
This sweet dumb man's just shouting no every time that happens and one time I snap back at him thinking he's yelling at me. Come to find out that no the big dummy is yelling at the world to "stop trying to drown [his] girlfriend"
Zoro also wont hesitate to threaten anyone who doesnt use my correct pronouns (they/them)
Dates always turn into adventures as both of us are directionally challenged. I'm a bit better off if we're in a small town, but otherwise we're going to get lost
This guy totally relishes in flustering me by doing his workouts where I can see and he's gotten a lot better about bathing regularly since it's now an excuse to get me alone 0//////0
Zoro absolutely loves having me sit in his lap! Anytime we're at a bar or party, you can be sure you'll find me in his lap sharing his food and drink and Zoro is not a guy who shares those with anyone
For the most part he only gets super protective of me around Sanji (and that's just on principle) or the ocean, otherwise he knows I can handle myself. Strangers have tried to call him out for "not caring" and he always shuts them down with some remark praising my abilities
We love to stargaze together while the rest of the crew is sleeping. Life on the Going Merry is crazy so it's nice to just enjoy the quiet sounds of the ocean under a starry sky in each other's arms
Oh and a lot of times when we're cuddling Zoro will absentmindedly start scratching behind my ear or petting my tail
