Another addition to the Heartificial Condition Collection on AO3 from me…

Surprise, surprise! It’s Murderbot and Gurathin:

There was a pause, then he [Gurathin] said, I’m not your enemy. I’m just cautious.

I don’t care about your opinion, I said, and then immediately wished I’d put myself on a one-second delay so I could delete it. It made it sound like I did care. Which I didn’t.

I wondered: What if Gurathin actually has a one second delay coded already?
