We must begin to develop an intellectual framework as an Afrikan society, regardless of geographic location, to support our initiative of self-governance, political and financial power projection, and human capital development. Our belief is that every Afrikan – regardless of occupation, education level or social status – is indispensable as a contributor to Afrika's rise.
