7 weeks update

Im 7 weeks today ! I just changed to a new antiemetic/nausea because the last one was shit! I even threw up whilst speaking with the Dr lol but what i have now has helped this afternoon.. we will see tomorrow. I had a low BP and i was a bit dehydrated due to vomiting but since feeling better ive been chucking back the fluids. My Dr made a joke saying "you sure there isnt twins?" This isnt the first time hes said this he said it when i caught the pregnancy so early on aswell. Then my dad was like "oh haha i was gunna say the same thing" We arent to sure if its twins or not there is no way to know until ultrasound. Im meeting my midwife on Thursday at 12.30pm and then my ultrasound is the following week! SO EXCITED cant wait to see whats in there. Soooo tired im powering through this Mental Health placement with 8 shifts to go! If i can get on top of this nausea and vomiting l be over the moon. Any mamas with twins, what were ur first symptoms etc did u just know? We arent hoping for anything because of the huge risks thats come with a twin pregnancy.
