In case you didn't know, Instagram photography occasionally leaves the boundaries of smartphones to exist in the physical world. Over the weekend in Texas, at Artpost Austin, Citygram Austin and InstaDFW put on "A statewide art show featuring mobile photography from local and international artists" called One by One Texas.
Over the three days of the event, 641 photos were tagged #onebyonetx on Instagram, earning an average of nearly 3.9k impressions and 115 likes per post; a truly awesome rate of engagement for a small event.

This is a great example of taking digital content offline for a successful real world event while also running a strong social campaign to keep engagement strong online. Three days of events featured Texas-based companies with social presences and the event space was designed to be easily Instagram-able by attendees with branded areas to take photos in (see photo at the top of this post).
