ugh i dont like tests, its really has to do with the moment, the mood youre in, how nervous you are, etc.. Are they really going to base everything on that test?
yes I think so. they didn't want my cv or anything, I just had to write down a motivation (about 50 words or so) and they wanted to know about my education and then those tests. when I looked up the results the information said they would use my education and test results to base their decision on, so.
and yeah, it really does depend on the moment and all that. I was trying to answer the questions honestly but then what always happens is that I'm too hard on myself, and I know I do that and you're not even supposed to be brutally honest when you're applying for a job... but it's hard not to.
