200 lbs butter. Huh? 200 lbs butter per week! That’s how much butter Le Cordon Bleu trained Pastry Chef Hannalee Pervan uses in her dream business, One House Bakery, located at 918 First Street. Hannalee and her staff bake up fresh croissants, brioche, loaves, cakes, pies and pastries from flour ground in their on-site mill using no artificial ingredients, preservatives or stabilizers. They serve a daily savory menu of soups, sandwiches and salads, too. Oh, man, who doesn’t need a little comfort food? They’re open Tuesday-Sunday, 8 am-6 pm.
