One Manhattan Cover Reveal

When @tegantales and I decided to adapt One Manhattan into an original work for publication, we knew we would need a compelling cover. We were discussing how to go about finding a cover artist when one of readers @copperfirebird (who has grown to become someone we consider a friend) posted a drawing he’d done as fan art of One Manhattan. To say we were blown away would be an understatement.

We reached out to him and asked if he would be open to collaborating with us on a commissioned cover design. We knew it would be a learning process for all of us - but it just felt right - working alongside a talented artist from the fandom community as we grew together conceptualizing what the cover of this book might look like.

We are thrilled with the final product - but even more so, we are thrilled with how meaningful of a project this was - there is something really special about collaborating with another artist from the Fourth Wing community - and someone who has been here with us since the very beginning of this journey.

Jack - we appreciate your patience, dedication, and determination to help us hone our ever-changing vision into something that really captures the spirit of One Manhattan (and of course that NYC skyline glow.) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

One Manhattan releases on May 14. The ebook is currently available for preorder HERE. And the paperback will also be available on May 14th.

A LOT has changed since its fanfic origins story - but the story’s arc remains the same. We cannot wait for you all to meet Hadley and Jaxon in just a few short days! And until then, enjoy Jack’s beautiful cover art 😍

One Manhattan Update

@tegantales have been relatively quiet on here for a while because we’ve been busy offline. For those who didn’t know, we have been deep in the process of adapting One Manhattan into an original work. And now, after months of intense editing, reworking, and making some pretty fundamental changes, we finally have a release date.

ONE MANHATTAN IS RELEASING INTO THE WORLD IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM ON MAY 14, 2026!!!

One Manhattan, up and in a coupe, changed the course of Hadley Aldridge's night… and maybe her life.

Hadley has always played by the rules. She has always made safe choices. The right choices. But after a string of corporate disappointments, a broken relationship, and a rent hike she can not afford, she goes looking for a distraction from the wreckage of the life she once had perfectly under control. For a single night, Hadley Aldridge decides to be reckless. No names. No consequences. Just a one-night escape from her reality, before it’s back to business. Because next week’s meeting is her last shot and getting her life back on its carefully maintained track.
