NO LOW CARB BREAKFAST TODAY 🍌Banana French toast with Gluten free Bread (makes 6 slices) * Ingredients 1. 2 eggs 2. 3/4 cups of almond/coconut milk 3. Cinnamon and Nutmeg 4. 1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract 5. 1 banana 6. Coconut oil 7. 6 slices of @udisglutenfree sliced Bread 🍽 *Lightly toast the bread Smash the banana in a bowl. *Mix the eggs, milk and Vanilla extract until well combined. *Add cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste and mix well *Soak the slices of Bread on the mix one by one and not for too long. *Immediately transferred to the pan where you previously put the coconut oil. *Cook both sides of the French Toast. *EAT THEM NOW!
