Our buddy Stan set up a 360-degree camera to record the hanging of the show through the opening night reception. That’s about 550 framed pieces that were hung and the camera took one photo every minute for 36 hours.

Painting number 333,333 was actually 33 separate works done by artists I admire and friends of the One Thousand Thousand project. I was supposed to have sent everyone a painting in return but in addition to the fact that I'm really lazy I mainly just hate to see them go. But I have them sorted out and everyone can expect the exchange works to be there soon. It's something great having an office full of work from artists I like so well but it's time to send these things back out to their new homes.
