Sam used to have more nightmares when he was younger, when his dad was the main cause of his fear. Now, from sleeping in dark tunnels, he mostly has little sleep to begin with. When he does get sleep, though, he brain is not comfortable with dreaming, except for the occasional good dream about his mother, or flying.
