Oni Cole with the mask of Deception

I like it and yet something is missing.
I drew a golden oni Lloyd. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
I drew oni Cole again, but there is more dragon in the mix this time. I like this version better.
Following the Golden Oni Lloyd is a Oni Kai with the mask of vengeance as the 'face'.
I'm not so happy with this one as the Lloyd oni. The mask of vengeance make the user a master swordsman so oni Kai is a blade-dancer? I'm not sure why that idea is stuck in my head...
Should I outline the fire, with a thin line maybe ?
