click.click. His lighter had seemed to run out of fuel, well the lighter he had found laying on the bench. Maybe it was just his luck, or someone else was having troubles with it and decided to discard. “Can I bother you for a lighter or match?” bumming off strangers was really classy. Then again, he wasn’t dressed as casual as most.
