Sweet Rivamika fam, I'm sorry I haven't been active on Tumblr (it has been a busy year for me, and I am mostly active on ship discord and twitter as that's most convenient these days!) AND SO!! I'm here to present to you a post-war Rivamika edit from Isayama's 15th Anniversary illustration that was just released! I hope that you enjoy it!

Two other versions that are not sepia; one that is post-war (Mikasa's long hair, blue hair bow, very subtle rings, Levi's face scars) and one that is the regular version from Isayama's original. :)

My other fixation has been Final Fantasy (both 7 and 16!), and today FF7 Ever Crisis just released video of young Angeal, who looks so much like Levi -- so I ran to make an edit of Levi as a Shinra SOLDIER... Ex-SOLDIER. Hehe

I adooooored making this. I have always always always wanted to see Levi in FF7 graphics and Angeal was the literal perfect canvas to bring that to life at long last! (I know we got the graphics from the AOT ride? and I loved that, but my love for FF7 still made me crave this)

Childhood AU edit 🤍

Levi and Kuchel escape the Underground and find the other surviving distant Clansmen—the girl named Mikasa and her parents—who take them in and help them get their footing on the Surface.

I’ve added this to my to-write list!

Had fun w this edit! I shed an actual tear when pasting Kuchel/Levi into such a happy frame. Edited out the dirt in their clothes. Added the same teacup design to the cup Mikasa’s mom was holding. Also made Mikasa smile 🥹 Here are the manga panels I used:

I'm in my absolute post-war Rivamika brain rot right now. Saw a random clip of Insomniacs After School of two characters having their awkward first kiss and it was adorable. I wanted to turn them into RM immediately, and so I did!

(Another trace/draw/edit hybrid... Still can't draw without reference or tracing and I wanna make that clear LOL. But gosh do I love coloring/shading)

I imagined Levi and Mikasa exchanged letters after the war for many years, then Levi finally visits her on Paradis. Neither of them realize they had feelings for each other... Until they finally see each other under the tree. They kiss in front of Eren's grave. :) Lol

It's been awhile but I'm here to give y'all a new piece! :') Referenced art from a manga, Re-employment Life With An Unsociable Untalkative Magician. I saw the panel and immediately wanted to see Rivamika in their place so I coughed up the 8 hours to do it!

Full transparency, I traced the hell out of this as I usually do with these transformation hybrid pieces: trace, but draw Levi and Mikasa in, and do all the coloring and rendering from scratch.

I can't believe I took on that many details LOL but worth it! Here's the version without the filter on -- but I did love the vintage and golden-hour feel with the filter.

Might write up a quick one-shot for this soon :)

A fixed cover of AOT Volume 35 :')

Edited by me! I love doing these. Had to match colors and tones, add some matching shadows and highlights to Mikasa to make sure she looks seamless. Also made Levi smile :)

Edited Gabi's cup out so she's 100% pointing at her ring finger to tease Levi about his...! (Zoom in!)

I think we all agree, Mikasa should've actually been there on the cover with them but I hope this satisfies all of us <3

Been awhile since doing an edit! @lady-purpleblue reposted a cool shoujo manga panel that looked just like Marley + Hizuru Rivamika which is my love language so I HAD to do an edit to make it look exactly like them! AHHHHH it made my dreams come true lmao

Original vs. my edit :) Apparently the manga is called Namida Ame to Serenade

(Flipped it so that Mikasa's scar can show hehe)
