LIKE S/O HAS LEARNED SOME SHIT FROM ALL THIS VIGILANTISM. THEY DOWNPLAY IT BUT THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE SOME SKILLS. BRUCE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT ALL THEY ARE CAPABLE OF.
after jason dies they are in a state of simultaneous rage and depression and they use their batskills to find the joker (assuming he wasn’t detained at the time) and get him alone. s/o is wearing some random suit they put together using parts of various other suits they found in the cave so they are unrecognizable but still recognizable as a batperson. the joker is v amused by that like “Did ol’ bats trade in his old sidekick for a newer model so soon?” anD IT MAKES S/O SO ANGRY. SO FUCKING ANGRY. S/O BEATS THE CRAP OUT OF HIM UNTIL THEIR HANDS ARE BLOODY AND SOME KNUCKLES ARE PROBABLY BROKEN WHILE THAT PIECE OF SHIT JUST LAUGHS AND LAUGHS AND LAUGHS REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY BONES THEY BREAK.
eventually bruce finds them and is like “STOP HE ISN’T WORTH IS” but s/o just turns around, devastated and confused and angry, like “he killed him. he took him away from us.”
i feel like s/o would see it from jason’s point of view sort of, like how could you let him go on living after what he did to us, what he did to jason, what he did to our son.” they probably got into some arguments about it tbh.
