The first of many travels.
April 3rd 11:48pm
I-5 is probably going to become one of the most visited roads for me in this upcoming term. Passing by the pit-stop right after the grapevine was very nostalgic. It reminded me of traveling up with the District Service Committee for DLSSP North. A weekend full of memories I hold close to my heart.
It was great that I have friends to help me through the year. I appreciate all the help that Sean has given me throughout this process. I also appreciate the reassuring comments that everyone has given me, including District Board. I'm happy that people are here to support me, no matter what decisions I do make for the District. There's so much in store for me for this year, and as long as I surround myself with positive people I'll be sure to be truly successful.
Another note. It's a big honor that I'm finally here. I'm going to an SLP convention tomorrow, and judging the winner of the Spirit Stick. Who would have known. The item that I mostly wanted in Key Club, I get to be the judge of it when the time comes. My Spirit Guru juices are resurfacing. I'm so happy that we really have spirit inside of these wonderful organizations. Spirit has really shaped me into the person I am. It shows pride, dominance, and most of all, unity between all. I really do love spirit. Hey. That'll be one of my goals this year. Make more District Cheers. Maybe that'll bring people together. I've made cheers for my Division in Key Club, my Club at Los Medanos, and even Golden Gate Cheers. The final step. Making a District Cheer. Other than my administrative work, I'll definitely make this one of my goals. But for now, sleep is more important. Goodnight, everyone.
