Its day 3 of the liquid diet and it is sooo hard. Im not physically hunhry, but im just really weak and tired all the time :( hopefully on tuesday I can have lots of food! On the plus side, at least it's kickstarting my weight loss!
I am doing this with the directions of my nutritionist! The only reason im doing the liquid diet is to give my digestive system a rest and to reduce all of the inflammation in my gut. Im really praying that this will help my constant distension and stomach pain!
