Do you take anything to help with your PCOS? I'm struggling in this dept....
I was taking Metformin and birth control pills in conjuction with a shitload of vitamins and supplements. The combination of Metformin and any type of birth control pill made me too sick to function so I stopped the Metformin.
I'm just sticking with the vitamins and supplements, exercising regularly and trying to eat as healthy as we can afford :)
I'm severely anemic so I take iron, b-12, vitamin D, and recently my doc suggested saw palmetto so I'll give it a shot.

sure do! Mine's a little house. Only, *most* of the recipes in it are clipped out of magazines- I think there are only a dozen hand written cards in it.
