The Ono Roll is a tasty treat made with fresh tuna, smooth cream cheese, crunchy cucumber, and creamy avocado. It is wrapped in nori and sushi rice. It has the right amount of textures and tastes to please sushi fans.
Ingredients: 200g sushi rice. 4 nori seaweed sheets. 200g fresh tuna, sliced. 100g cucumber, julienned. 100g avocado, sliced. 50g cream cheese. Soy sauce, for dipping. Pickled ginger, for serving. Wasabi, for serving.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool. Place a nori seaweed sheet on a sushi rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top. Place slices of fresh tuna, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese along the bottom edge of the nori. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve the Ono rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
