We are doing a ton of #work on our #house and #yard right now. It's turning into a fight against the absolutely #fuckedupbuilding and lack of #gooddesign in this #tracthome hell. I do not understand why #gooddesign and #goodcraftsmanship have to be reserved for the few...it should be ubiquitous. I dug up that piece of PVC pipe while trying to unwind the screwed up irrigation job done by the builders. I also found a rusted joist tie...shitty pillar footing, etc. The builder was sued in a class action lawsuit apparently. They are out of business. I fear this is more common than one might think. #sigh #tracthomehell #onthehookforthisshit
