Vic and Onew are dating. How would she react watching View MV for the first time?
“VIC!”
Victoria’s eyes snapped open and she turned her head left and right to look for the reason of her abrupt awakening. She was greeted by her boyfriend’s sulky face.
“What was that for?” she asks, rather annoyed at being rudely woken up.
But her anger only received a pout from Onew. “You promised you were going to wait with me so we can watch the MV together.”
The woman sighed. “I’m sorry Jinki, it’s just that I’m really tired from the run earlier and immediately travelling back to Seoul. Can this wait until tomorrow?”
“But it wouldn’t be as fun as watching it as soon as it is released.” he continued to pout, prompting Victoria to roll her eyes on him.
“Please… as if you haven’t seen it yet. Don’t they show the MV to you guys before it gets released? I mean, we do.”
He shook his head. “We see glimpses of it but we requested not to see the final product so we can be surprised just like the fans.”
Victoria leaned her head against his shoulder. “I’m really, really sleepy and I still have to meet up Zhou Mi tomorrow since I promised him I will accompany him shopping.” she says with a cute pleading voice.
Onew was not happy with his girlfriend’s news about going out with Zhou Mi the next day. She didn’t even tell him beforehand or ask for his permission. He tossed his disappointment aside and focused at the task at hand. He needed Victoria “Just a few more minute please…” Onew pecked his girlfriend on her forehead.
“Fine…” Victoria raised her head from his shoulder and sighed. “This better be worth it…”
“It will be.” he smirked. “I promise…”
The couple passed the time by browsing though the internet with Onew showing Victoria their comeback teasers. Time passed quickly and soon midnight was upon them.
“It’s out! IT’S OUT!” Onew exclaims, shocking a half-asleep Victoria once again. He excitedly clicked the link to the music video that appeared on the company’s youtube channel.
The couple became quiet as they began to watch the video. Victoria was completely focused on watching the video while Onew watched her reaction. To be honest, he lied to her earlier. He had already seen the final version and just wanted to see how his girlfriend would react to it, particularly to that one scene he had with one of the females in the music video.
A minute into the video, Jinki became excited as the scene he was waiting for was soon to appear. He sneaked a glace towards Victoria and saw her completely engrossed in watching. When he and the woman appeared on the screen together, he could already sense some tension emanating from his girlfriend. A smile appeared on his face when her brows met when the female in the video took her shirt of in front of him.
He was about to declare his plan a success when he heard her laugh quite loudly about something on the screen. He quickly looked at the video and noticed nothing funny about it.
He paused the video before turning towards his still giggling girlfriend. “What are you laughing about?”
It took a while before Victoria was able to respond. She would open her mouth to speak but another giggling fit will consume her. This action was repeated several times, frustrating Onew.
Victoria took a deep breath to calm herself and finally spoke.
“It was just… that scene you had with the girl… was so funny!” she laughed again.
Onew was furious at her reaction. This was not what he was expecting.
“Why? What’s so funny about it? You’re not supposed to be laughing. You’re supposed to get sulky and jealous because there was another woman who stripped in front of me and even tried to kiss me!”
“But the way you stopped her from kissing you was so hilarious. I mean who does that?” She mimicked his movements in the music video before bursting into laughter once more.
Onew was disappointed. In the end, all his plan to make her jealous was a failure. He suddenly turned quiet and this didn’t go unnoticed by Victoria.
“Hey…” she says, hugging him. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to offend you.”
The man shook his head and pulled the woman closer. “It’s fine. You’re not the first one to laugh at that. My members were tearing me up for that.”
“Then why the sad face?”
“Because you are obviously not affected about that girl I was with.” he sighs.
“Who said I wasn’t affected?” she raised a brow. “I’m just a nice girlfriend that would let this thing pass because it’s for work.”
“Besides….” she smirks, before taking her own shirt before him. “That girl may be pretty, but don’t you think I look better?”
Onew, with his mouth open in surprise due to his girlfriend’s bold actions, nodded his head like an idiot.
“Good answer.” She leans down to kiss him, an action that Onew did not prevent.
