I'm actually currently working on an outfit spread for him, but I can share a little info for funsies 😌

I've been calling him "Red" though that isn't his real name, I'm calling him that because he's one of the main provider of sweets and desserts for the Northern branch of the cleaners. - Hes a Viander, which for context, is a giver that specializes in cooking food. He got the nickname "Red" among the cleaners because someone started a joke that hes little Red Riding Hood, who delivers a basket of sweets to them and is often seen with his dog companion, Bovine.

His jinki / vital instrument is a dog leash! ^_^ Which doesn't particularly help him in his line of work (hes technically support class for a viander, he makes himself useful), but it is no less an extension of himself. While he works as a pastry chef, he is also an avid scavenger who goes out into the wastes with his dog and collects items to repair and sell back to the community. He has a big interest in old analog tech like cassette and video tapes.

Though he isn't a cleaner, he does own similar gear that allows them to traverse No Mans Land to indulge in his hobby and part time job of Extreme Scavenging. Even his dog has specialty safety gear! 🤭Made of course by the Cleaner's own August, because he has special boyfriend privileges.

I would love to know more about your quirk 🌚 how do you make the forcefields? And can they be used for defense & offense or are they more suitable for one over the other?

I haven’t through this through SUPER extensively but I always imagined that if this was my power, it would basically be like my body acts like a solar panel. I absorb light passively or I can do it more quickly for big powerful bursts by focusing on doing it actively. Then that energy is converted into the thin forcefields that are in not slightly visible to the naked eye.

In my head, they can be used for shielding/protection, for platforming/climbing, or in some cases, slicing like a blade. The drawback is they’re way weaker at night so I would need tech that could store the light I absorb during the day (maybe convert it to electricity I can access in the dark?). I was not a science major, I’m doing my best 😅
