You made one miscalculation: Belkar doesn’t have friends.
This speaks so much about Durkon and how Belkar views himself. Belkar believes in the slow decent of personable change that he doesn’t buy Durkon doing a 180 of trying to drink ALL his blood when he revived. While it shows how he has changed slowly, gradually, from maybe being a good person to the evil person he was at the Start of the series, back to his slow gradual change to Neutral.
Durkon wouldn’t hurt his friends or allies, he would resist and struggle to drink blood. Belkar knew from the beginning because he knew Durkon.
The most surprising thing is Belkar showing gratitude.
I should just get a tally count of when these two are on screen together. Because they are gold every chance.
...fine, I’m the Comedy Cassandra people. I don’t believe my own jokes until they jump up my Own ASS!!!
If your brain is like mine you don’t even need to see something, the image just comes out at you like a flash mob.
This is just too precious I mean, the mom is showing this kid a new part of his world, and just teaching him about their own culture it’s just so wholesome to see.
