Sketches from 2020-2024 of my Starbound Kirhos, Opal Sylph! She's one of my fav characters I've made and I'm glad I finally sorta figured out a way to draw her now!!
Mini bio:
Opal Sylph is a 26 y/o Kirhos that can't seem to stay away from anything design related. Whether it's fashion or ship decorating, she has an eye for it all. Opal Sylph is also drawn to geology as well, needing to travel through the galaxy to find the shiniest gems to sew onto her clothing and decorate her ship with. She also has a fondness for music, giving that she has a quiet hushed voice to preserve herself proclaimed "perfect" singing voice. Classical and opera tunes from various cultures (mostly human and Hylotl) plays throughout her ship.
The Kirhos have a knack for technology and weaponry, and Opal Sylph is no different. She isn't ever seen without some form of spear or scythe on hand, custom designed by her own paws. Using her tech-savvy hacking skills, she enjoys reworking and rewriting machines to suit her hobbies, such as customized sewing machines with integrated nanofiber technology and handmade gemology tools. When she isn't decorating or designing, she trains in the back of her ship with various weapons of cultures all around. One wrong look from a stranger will receive a quick threat from her. Usually it's all jokes, giving that she has a mischievous sense of humor.
Opal Sylph in her totally not hijacked ship left the arcology she grew up in and now aspires to pursue her hobbies even further.
