Opalite Update! This session was hilarious
Opalite called Wraith a bad dad, saw all his kids were named after Tarot cards, and then asked if she was somehow their mom bc Tarot is *her thing*
New party member (joined while I was in Japan). Opalite immediately forgot their name. They started growling at them, and Opalite growled back bc she thought that was how they said "hello!" In their culture.
The party are all now considered minor deities. Opalite is looking to expand her Tarot deck, so the DM is sending her to find Tarot Exodia Cards
We all went to the Toon World to find Exodia cards, and immediately landed in Yugi's Grandfather's card shop. Kaiba immediately showed up with a gun.
Opalite Nat 20 sleight-of-hand (!!!) stole the Blue Eyes White Dragon card that Gramps had while the rest of the party argued with him and Kaiba. Wraith tied Kaiba up and they all left (multiple security members tailed them)
Wraith and Opalite start making horny jokes. Wraith is down bad for Kaiba. Opalite informs everyone "this pussy is rated E for Everyone"
Party begins saying YGO catchphrases to "summon" Atem. Opalite crosses her fingers and whispers "lets rev it up." Multiple laughters later, DM says we have to fight Atem and Judai if we want to meet "the best duelist hands down"
Multiple "card games on motorcycles" jokes
Atem does show up! And immediately calls out Opalite for stealing the card. Opalite promises to give it back if they duel and she loses. If she wins, she gets the Exodia Tarot card Atem's holding.
Wraith tells Atem about Kaiba and the gun in the shop. Atem snaps his fingers and Kaiba is in the Shadow Realm
Duel is set! Opalite and the party can find Atem in the floating stadium when theyre ready.
Party decides to grind a little, currently on a Pokemon quest bc New Member wants a Pokemon
Opalite's Psylink is Hilda the Sleeping Hippo, God of the Dreamers. She started crying and asked her to be her new mom

Opal "Opalite" Weaveslight is a Psyhexer/Seer/FateWeaver Arane who is very much about making connections and having a good time. She weaves fate, yes, but it's total commitment to the bit. The bit is funny and legal if universal laws back you up!
We're finishing Session 0 and I absolutely love her. Holy shit. She's very good at fast-talk and definitely needs cut off in general conversation but is excellent at reading fortunes and pulling that "invisible string" to make the outcomes align.
Also, she initially appears humanoid, but then you realize her corset boning is actually her 4 spiderlegs. And that her freckles are actually an opal stone and her remaining spider eyes.
And she has a nice ass.
