Hungry
My coach has me on a diet and I'm so hungry rn 😭 I've lost 4 pounds in just under 5 days.... But I haven't eaten since 6:30 and all I want is something to eat but it's bedtime and I'm so hungry... I'm not even lightweight what is this?!
I would rather be able to eat as much food as I want and pull fast raw times, than have to constantly sorry about making weight and pull slower raw times.
