Dean had the best of intentions. Find Sam. Find Bobby. Figure out how he got out of Hell. Of course, that was before he wound up halfway across the world in Romania - a whole plane ride away, which was something he didn’t want to think about.
While he wasn’t short on mysteries to unravel, right now...he kind of just wanted a break. It had been four months - forty years - since he last had a drink. So, first, alcohol. Forgetting his troubles. Maybe picking up someone pretty to spend the night with, if he felt like he could stomach even the bare minimum amount of intimacy needed for a one night stand. He kind of doubted it. The only people he could really see himself willing to touch right about now were Sammy and Bobby.
Still, didn’t seem to stop the interest, and a little bit of flirting never hurt anyone. If he just pretended like everything was normal, then everything would be normal, right? So, when someone sidled up into the seat beside him, he spared them a glance and a charming grin, “So, come here often?”
Ironic. Given he certainly didn’t come here often.
