Opening a dance studio business:
According to Christine Koenig these are the 6 steps on opening a dance studio:
Decide on Studio Type
Construct a Dance School Business Plan
Identify Facility Requirements
Determine Roles Needed For Teachers and Staff
Getting Initial Students
Marketing Your Launch and Beyond
Christine Koenig’s Blog stated all the important requirement that needed to know on how to open a dance studio. All of her list were definitely helpful and informative for those who wanted to start a business but does not have the knowledge or does not have any idea on where to begin with.
However, step 1. Decide on Studio Type, 2. Construct a Dance School Business Plan, and step 3. Identify Facility Requirement could condense into one step because all of these steps are basically stating the business plan of the studio. Having the owner decide on what kind of dance studio would be build, preparing all the legal documents and figuring out all the expenses, and how the business put together and what are the interior and exterior designs of the business.
Also, we can put step 5. Getting Initial Students and step. 6 Marketing your launch and beyond into one step as well because these steps point out on what can you do in order for your business to be known to your audience as well as to get them to sign up and join the dance studio.
Therefore, I believe that all of these steps can be compressed into three steps and could make it less complicated for the audience in order for them to understand it even better and to give them the basic knowledge of what are the things that they should consider when they are trying to build their own small business.
