Ahh, I totally didn't see your response until now! But thank you for the advice. I'm mainly worried on what to do because the place where I plan to buy land and build a house is a different state then the one I'm currently residing in. x.x Dunno if people do this stuff online or the options for out of state people. I've just found "build your on home plans!" sites that look vaguely scammy.
