#OperationLoveYourself Day 20 ~ Today started off rough. Last night after grocery shopping I ate a bunch of junk food. I slept until almost 4pm and I woke up feeling exhausted and drained. I canceled my walk with @care_n_ohhhh and sat around hoping to feel better. But I just felt worse. And on top of feeling worse, I felt guilty for not exercising. I ate dinner and then decided that I had to come to the gym and at least try. So I bugged my grandmother, and she came with me. I did my regular day 2 routine but I didn't do my full time on the Cybex so I have to make up for it tomorrow or Saturday. But I'm really proud of myself for pushing myself. I've never been this active in my life. The video is of me doing 5 dips before I had to take a break haha. Progress is progress. 👏🏻💪🏻 (at Planet Fitness - Beaver Valley Mall)
