EVOlution: 1 year anniversary of playing Warframe!

Today...or some point this month, I forgot which lel....marks the 1 year anniversary of me booting up Warframe for the first time, and undertaking a journey that would ultimately save my life in more than one occasion.

The friends I’ve made and the memories I’ve shared had helped me move on from some SERIOUSLY toxic scars from the past and helped me learn to trust people again. This game’s played an important part of my recovery journey, and I will certainly be sticking around for the years to come c:

“My Warframe is the hand...and I am the will.”

SAFDGHFS I recently completed the Second Dream storyline and I really needed to gush my feels into a drawing. Originally, I was gonna do a sketch dump, but I haven’t done a full piece in a little while, and what better way to do that than to draw my Limbo and his operator, Evo!

The idea for this drawing kinda spawned from this permanent marker on receipt paper drawing here:

But uh...of course, done more better lmao

Second Dream changed all of Warframe for me. It was after that questline that Warframe was something more than just a game where I kill things nonstop for fashion. As a creator of stories, the connection between Operator and Warframe kind of reminded me of my own connection to my creations, but we’ll be here forever if I start talking, so I’ll stop there XD

I didn’t know I wanted a captura scene with the mountain pass until I saw it in my short scenes list randomly.

Also found out how to do that sweet-ass idle glitch!

I normally run my game on the lowest graphic settings (because my computer is old, which is a shame), but in the case of captura, I bring them up to at least medium so I can take some decent shots. I really love these particle effects and it’s such a shame I can’t run these settings without both warframe and my computer dying ;w;

Originally inspired by uhhhhh movies where people turn to dust, I actually drew this a long time ago....with dust. Then I decided to take OUT the dust and wounded up with a more powerful picture ;w;
