It’s been years since Lukas has taken his last bath      he wasn’t exactly the type or person to do so, to begin with. Last time would probably mark his time at the orphanage, if he could remember right. Then again, he never really had the time to do so either. Whether he’d be in a rush to get to work or just too plain bored by the thought of sitting in a tub for an hour or so to ‘relax’. He wouldn’t be able to relax anyways      he’s the type to quickly shower after a workout and then resume his day. 

Yet, today was different. Completely different. Today he actually had a reason to look forward to taking a bath. Not surprisingly, it was Sooyeon. She was his reason for nearly everything. It was the first time in a long time that they could spend some quality time together again as she was always busy with promotions for her brand or preparations for her new mini album. And at times where she wouldn’t be busy, he’d have his  hands full with school stuff. Just the other day he actually had to postpone meeting up with her because he had to grade an exam for his music students     he couldn’t help but feel frustrated. Despite them not being able to meet up much, their relationship was still going strong as their lovebird would always be on their mind.

Leaning against the end of the bathtub, his arms were tightly wrapped around her thin torso as he rested his head on her shoulder. Sooyeon put a lot of effort into making the bath seem as cozy as possible, candles lighting up the corners of the ceramic tub as well as the ledge of the window. It was the first time in a while that not only he but both of them could finally relax. His lips left a small trail of butterfly kisses on her neck. Lukas really liked the feeling of holding her like this. Maybe they could take more baths together in near future. “I’ve missed you a lot, you know?” The male’s words came out as a soft but raspy whisper as he looked up from her neck to her face. Gosh, she was so beautiful. Resting his head on her shoulder again, he simply enjoyed the time with her as his fingers traced small symbols over her soft skin.

“Another one of my male students just asked me for your autograph.” An exasperated sigh left his lips as he slowly shook his head. “I’m starting to think they just like me because I’m your boyfriend.” Luke faked an annoyed expression by pursing his lips, folding his arms in front of his chest to  emphasize his emotions. It was an act, sure, but as long as he could tease her just a little, he’d be perfectly fine with it. The teacher didn’t really care about his popularity        he tried to pay only a bit more than enough to keep his job. Despite the pay being way better at his current high school, he did miss his elementary school kids and their innocent view of the world. The most frequent question he’s ever gotten from them was; whether or not they’ve kissed. Oh, sweet childhood. So pure and naive.
