Hello your OPSS here! Firstly, I want to reassure you that you can take as long as you need to answer any asks from me. I completely understand with the holiday season being busy too! But yes, I'm glad to here you are doing well. Hmm do you have any favourite One Piece headcanons that you'd like to share? Could be about anyone or anything!
I have a few Headcanons, far more than I ever mention but here are a few of my favorites.
Coby was malnourished during his two years with Alvida, hence why he had such a big growth spurt when he joined the Marines.
Coby is one of the strongest Observation Haki users in the series, as he can literally hear people’s thoughts/emotions just when he awakened it at Marineford.
Marco has Bird/Phoenix instincts; cooing, trills, head tilts, etc. Bonus: An obsession with Cinnamon. Because a bird that builds a nest with that stuff has to love it.
Thatch was at one point on Roger’s crew but switched to Pop’s, which is why in OP Tresure Cruise his special is “Pirate King’s Sword”.
Shanks is Roger’s bastard son (or some sort of relation), he looks far FAR too much like Ace when he was younger.
How the hell do you draw robots? Starscream’s turbine...pectorals or whatever they are are especially lopsided. Bleh. Serves me right for not using a ruler when drawing characters made of freaking blocks. RIP to the G1 animators who had to draw these designs a thousand times an episode. I will never mock the off-model bits again. Still, overall I’m happy. This was a lot of fun to make.
