Hello! I know for certain that Pedro Pascal is a huge group favorite and our players would adore seeing him.

It has unfortunately come to our attention that new blogs are being forced into using tumblrs new posting system without allowing them the ability to select ‘legacy.’ New xKit does not work with Legacy and is no longer being supported by the original creators of the extension because they joined with tumblr to create an approved extension with them. Because new accounts will be made to use this the rest of us must shift over to using xKit Rewritten, the extension they created in tandem with tumblr.

All Opulence accounts should be switched over to xKit Rewritten by Friday December 16th.

We are giving everyone the week to make the switch because the transition is very different from what we were initially using and when we attempted to make the shift previously while all players were on board it felt ultimately too complicated to force new additions to the RP to switch when most other RPs were not using xKit Rewritten.

If you do make the switch and are reblogging legacy posts DO NOT TRIM as all posts need at minimum the previous response and the current one. Only trim if you are reblogging someone else using xKit Rewritten. People still using New xKit until the deadline, cut as much as you can, however if tumblr does not allow you to cut as this was also an original issue with the shift then your thread will need to be put on pause until you can.

how long can your characters be in hiatus before their role is reopened?

As all of our characters are OCs, their role would not be reopened, their character would be retired. If they were a wanted connection, it would be up to the person who requested the connection if they wanted to reopen the request for the connection or not. Some people do retire the connection as well if the person was here a long time.

Specifically however people can be on hiatus for three months so long as each month they make us aware they are on hiatus just so we’re not extending it for someone who isn’t around.

how long after their hiatus is up does a character have before they're unfollowed?

The next activity check. We don’t specifically do hiatuses, players are welcome to let us know when they won’t be around, many of our players do, but players only need to inform us if they will miss an activity check, which is always on the last day of the month. So any unfollows for people who ask to miss a check will come in the following check.
