most well written character….. tbh probably ponyboy. like as much as he is an unbelievably unreliable narrator, it almost adds to his charm?? esp once you understand that he’s unreliable and purposely is vague about some parts/explanations/etc or exaggerative on others. like he’s just SO fourteen years old and angsty in all the right ways and feels like the entire world is against him and grieving very major loss i love him sm

The book was freaking marvelous and one I will definitely treasure for years. I want to go on about this, but I'm on mobile and it'd be better to type out the million page essay of my thoughts in regards to the book but I'll just say this for now. I want to marry Soda. Let me have a real life Soda. Down to the mischievous brown eyes and dark blonde hair but wheat gold when in sunlight and eyebrow quirking and jokes and empathy.
