BEST. MORNING. EVER.
GUYS
On Saturday, the 2 people in front of me told me to shut up while I was laughing (loudly) and singing (quietly, practically lip syncing) during "Man Up". So the usher came over to the couple and was like "what's the problem?" and they told her that I was making noise by laughing, singing and dancing. She was like, "Why? She's not disturbing anyone! Everyone's having fun. Turn around and watch the show." So, at intermission, she came over to me and said, "You keep doing what you're doing." and proceeded to tell me that around the time of the Tony Awards, some fans (mostly girls) did SRO at the time (not many people knew about it, just college kids) and they were doing the same thing as me. The people in front of them told them to shut up and Matt and Trey came over before the usher did, "Listen, these are our devoted fans, shut up, leave them alone, or you can leave." and they signed the girls playbills and talked with them at intermission. Now, when we were flipping the shit out about Trey going to TBoM in January a few weeks back, Matt was obv not there. The same thing happened again and Trey said, "Listen, you can LEAVE, or SHUT UP. Did you stand outside for hours waiting to see the show? The door is that way." And pointed to the door. And he proceeded to take the girls backstage and signed everything for them. THe usher said they're very shy guys, but the sweetest :)
I LOVE THEM SO SO SO SO MUCH.
The post in which I have a funny story!!!
So today I was waiting in the bus terminal house thing at school, when these two girls come in. Of course I think nothing of this until I get to hear their conversation.
"So I heard that you were texting my boyfriend." “Well, yea, just like 'hey how are you?’" “Well I don’t want you texting him." “It wasn't anything, why are you getting so angry ..." “BITCH! STOP TEXTING MY BOYFRIEND."
From then it was a tirade of accusations and angry yelling, so I decided to sneak out the door because there was just enough space for me to fit. Unfortunately, the girlfriend was having none of this and decided to block my way and ask me a question.
“Excuse me. Can I ask you, what do you think of this? Like would you be okay with your friend texting your boyfriend?"
Of course, I am feeling awkward by this point but decide to go with my honest opinion.
“Uh, well, I mean if we are all really close with each other and my friend was--"“YOU SEE! REALLY CLOSE! YOU AND HIM ARE NOT REALLY CLOSE!" “I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'RE UPSET!"
So since attention is off of me, I decide for another escape but once again she asks me a question.
“But like, If your friend was having conversations with your—“ “Look, I don’t want to intrude, but speaking as a third party observer—“ “YOU SEE! YOU ARE MAKING HER FEEL AWKWARD!” said the girlfriend to her friend. “Look! I don’t want any of you to think I feel awkward (lie), but if I trusted my friend I would not care!” Now for my third attempt she is still blocking the door with her arm, and I am still trying to leave, and she is still asking me questions, and her friend is still telling her to let me go outside, when FINALLY my bus comes. I tell this chick that I have to get on my bus and she says “Alright, sorry, go right ahead.” And the people at the bus terminal across from me are all looking, and I am laughing, and as I get on the bus she says to her friend, “Let’s go get some ice cream!” Now, have I been punk’d by the drama department, or do people actually do this in real life. Either way, this was the highlight of my day and left me laughing all the way home.
