Things I've read on social media today:

• Gryphons are apparently jotun

• Younger Futhark wasn't used by the Old Norse

• World mythology originated with the Germanic and Nordic peoples

• The Old Norse didn't have poems

• Some nonsense about the true futhark and its spirit

Honestly, I despair at some of the crap that I see posted in Heathen groups (and on my poetry page).

The worst part is when a Heathen author is actually trying to present gryphons and world mythology originating with the Germanic and Norse peoples as fact.
